The 21st Century has revealed a need for more harvest workers. The need is significant! But thinking this is someone else’s problem is the actual problem. When we partner together, all of us have opportunities to help with the need to fuel and send workers into the harvest!

Multiply Tables.

“And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.” Acts 2:42

Making disciples always involves teaching. And the intellectual capital we share always stems from Scripture. With this unchanging foundation, the fueling and sending of harvest workers will multiply harvest tables, which will connect the disconnected to Christ, His Church, and our calling in His Kingdom.

God’s Sending Heart.

Because of God’s Word and because of our shared Confession, we value:

God’s Scripture alone.

We study God’s Word together and seek the Spirit to norm us by His Word! While this shows the overlap between Spiritual and Intellectual capital, just as other capitals overlap, our intellect always falls under Scripture.

God’s gifts given.

God’s gifts empower and equip and are multiplied when collaborative, adaptive leadership is shared at the table. His gifts fuel and send harvest workers into the fields which are ripe for harvest.

We are all from somewhere and sent to someone.

We value all followers of Jesus from all faith traditions! But we are honest about who we are: people born out of the Reformation with a relentless passion for Jesus and His centrality in the Scriptures. We are saved by grace alone, through faith alone, for the sake of Christ alone.
